Happy Weekend! Here again with a little techie card.
I colored up Brooke Panda and Kelly - Happy
with Copic markers and made a little fake iMessage chat.
Imagine Arya Stark and Sansa Stark as Chibi teenagers...
or College girls living in our day... LOL
They would most likely be on their iPhones calling
or texting each other. They just watched the first
episode of Game of Thrones: Season 6
and here is how the text chat goes.... :P
Arya: OMG OMG OMG!!! Did you watch GoT?
Sansa: Calm down! Of Course I did!
Arya: [meme I can't keep calm
I just watched Game of Thrones]
Sansa: [emoji of Sansa]
Arya: [emoji of Arya with Needle]

Here is Brooke Panda (as Sansa)
Here is Kelly - Happy (as Arya)

I created this little fake iMessage
from a website I found online...
the iPhone was a sketch from
online and I just joined the images together
the little emojis came from
JujuSprinkles
I had to massively reduce the size
of the image so it can fit in the card
so it's not as sharp :(
I colored the edges to make it
a gold iPhone (like mine) LOL
The paper is from Doodlebug
and the tiny iPhone dies are from
My Favorite Things

I hope you liked the card
and can join in on the challenges on the
facebook page.

Thank you for stopping by.
Have a great day.

Diana Here's the Scoop

Happy Weekend!

Hi again, here with a little bright and happy card. :)

I used Diana - Here's the Scoop stamp set and Doodlebug papers from Hello Sunshine.

She's colored up with Copic makers
Skin: BV31 (you can substitute with any light BV color)
E0000, E000, E01, E21, R30, R20, R21
Hair Y28, Y26, Y23 and Y21
The ice cream scoops are colored with E23, R20 and E000
For the eye-lights I have difficulty using the brush that it comes
with the Copic Opaque White jar so I dab some on a scratch piece of paper and dip a dried
up Sakura Gelly roll on the Copic Opaque White paint
and draw in some circle dots.
Main image and sentiment are from the Diana - Here's the Scoop set
The dies are from My Creative Time

The clothing is paper pieced using the same Doodlebug papers from Hello Sunshine.

Here is a close up of the image I colored.

Here is is my inspiration... My 3 year old Daenerys.
She was too happy. LOL
I used the color pallet from her pajamas.
I will have to color an
African American version another time. ;)
here is the card sketch I used:

Christmas in April with Felicity

Hi there!

Back again with Felicity - What's Cooking? This time I colored her with a lighter skin tone and made her blonde and with a Christmas theme. This cutie was released just last week and it's perfect for that baker in your life, for a birthday card, for the cooks, for your mom (Mother's Day is going to sneak up on us very soon... hint hint) and for Christmas cards... Yeah!

I decided to make this card a Christmas in April theme card. Oh how fun
it is to have cards ready before Christmas time. LOL
I used papers from
Doodlebug Design: Sugarplums
The sentiment is actually a preview for a stamp set
to be released for much later in the year...
Am I naughty or what? heehee

Okay, on to how I stamped the image...
First, I stamped the chef hat on
Inkadinkado Stamping Mask Paper to fussy cut.
Next, stamped another hat to color in the position you
want leaving enough room for your main image
just like the photo above. Then cover
the hat with the Masking paper hat image.
After that, you can stamp your main
image and since the masking paper hat
is covering the hat you intend to color - it
doesn't get inked and it'll look like
it was part of the image already.

(I really like using this masking paper because you can use it over
and over again as long as you keep it clean
plus it doesn't take a while to dry like masking fluid.
I like to store it along with the stamp packaging it comes in
so it's ready and handy if I need it.)
Colored up Felicity with Copic markers

BV31 (you can substitute with any light BV color)
E0000, E000, E01, E21, R30, R20, R21
N2, N4
RV23, RV25, RV29
BG07

Thanks for stopping by.

Have a great day!!!

Happy birthday to you Brother

Hello there!

Today I  have a boy birthday card for you. I used the James - Happy Birthday To You stamp set.

I wanted a simple but cute card for a male/boy.

James looks so cute and the sentiment is included
and it fits perfectly with my card sketch. Woohoo!
I used Copic markers to color him up.
Skin: Lipstick Natural, Egg Shell, Baby Skin Pink, Milky White, Pale Yellowish Pink
Clothes: Sky, Light Grayish Cobalt, Pale Grayish Blue, Night Blue
Hair and shoes: Warm Gray No 5, No 7 and No 9

The paper is from Doodlebug 6x6 pad called Hip Hip Hooray
but instead of using their string die I just hand drew some because of
the varying heights I wanted to place the balloons.

I must say that I finally opened my tiny Xyron Sticker Maker
and oh my goodness!!! I love that thing... See I'm so messy
with glue or I get glue coming out from the sides and ugh...
too much too clean up and then I always seem to forget to close the cap
but this was so good and clean! My only complaint is that
I try to use as least possible but there still some wasted sticker sheet.
Unfortunately James head is too big for the sticker maker. LOL
but it's not all bad it's actually a great size for coloring if you're
a beginner or up there with the coloring pros out there.
Anyway, what I want to say is I recommend the sticker maker for those tiny little
pieces oh yea I also used it on his shirt (not the vest I colored that part.)

I fussy cut the inside shirt from the same paper pad.

That is all folks!

Thank you for visiting.

Have a great day!!!

Here is the Project I made :
Felicity, What's Cooking? comes with a little sentiment and chef hat
but this time I didn't not use it. Maybe next time. ;)
Colored her with Copic markers
E04, E50, E51, E21, R21, R20, R30
W5, W7 and W9
For the dress designer papers I used
My Mind's Eye Kate & Co: Cambridge Court
I love the femininity of the papers and how I
picture some kitchen, dresses and aprons were designed back in the day
I used roses from Wild Orchid Crafts but I bought them
from Jaime's Not 2 Shabby Shop.
There was a page from the pad that had several little images
to cut out and I hand wrote
"A recipe for a friendship"
The dies are from My Creative Time

Here is a close up of my fussy cutting on the clothing
and the coloring.

This stamp will be available in the STORE Friday!

Sweetie Pie Liberty

Hi and welcome to Day #1 of Stamp Anniething's April release!
This month is all about being in the kitchen... who doesn't like fresh baked goods, right?

Meet our newest stamp,

Liberty will be available in the store Friday along with the other 2 stamps we will be showing  you  this week!!
`~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Here is the Project I made :

I kept thinking on all of the yummy sweet potato pies my MIL makes for
our family Thanksgiving Dinner
but I only had pumpkin paper haha not my favorite
but there have been a few I've enjoyed. :P

Then as I colored this stamp I kept thinking of all or should I say few
pie songs I know and probably... or most likely... well heck
definitely have nothing to do with real pies. hahaha
Do you remember that song by Domino called Sweet Potato Pie?
Or the one by Warrant called Cherry Pie? or maybe a newer song
called Trap Queen by Fetty Wap... I was very disappointed
that he really wasn't in the kitchen cooking pies for his baby
but I'm guilty of still jamming that song
and putting that sweet image in my head.
Yes, I'm weird.  haha

I used Copic markers
and dies from
La-La Land Crafts and My Creative Time
The big rose is from Wild Orchid Crafts that I got
from The Not2Shabby Shop I just colored it with a Copic refill R37
the paper is from Doodlebug Designs called Fall Friends
I used sketch from Mojo Monday

here is a close-up
I fussy cut her and paper pieced her dress, apron and hair bow.

This stamp will be available in the STORE Friday!

Yellow Polka Dot Tankini

Hi there! It's theme week at Stamp AnnieThing
and this is what I made...

It was an Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot "Tankini..."
LOL
I used  Lorraine - Sunshine so I could give her a yellow polka dot tankini
because I couldn't take that
song out of my head after seeing the theme for this month.

I used some pretty basic colors

Copic colors used:
E50, E51, E21, R30, R20 and R21
W9, W7, W5
Y19 and Y15

For polkadots I used several paper pads
Some were from Echo Park, Doodlebug, and a couple of others...
the sunshine sentiment comes with the cute Lorraine stamp
but the Hello word die is from The Greeting Farm

Here is a close up of
Lorraine - Sunshine

It's time for another Theme Week!
