Hello Everyone!
In honor of Black History Month and National Heart Month
I chose to make Savannah - Howdy Partner an African American Cowgirl
and my theme color to be red. I chose the dies and papers patterns to
show she can be a cowgirl and feminine too.

Here is what I created for today!
Savannah - Howdy Partner
I used the Desert Sand ink for a "no-lines coloring" on her hair, skin and lasso with Copic markers:
W5, W7, W9, E13, E15, E17, E33, E35 E18, R21 and R22...
for the clothing I stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink
I shaded the red hat and boots with R46 and R35
since the paper is already red
then I fussy cut and paper pieced the clothing.
the edge dies are from Spellbinders
called Borderabilities Card Creator Dies Curved Borders 2
The flower I created with the Spellbinders Mega Dies: Carnation Creations,
Spellbinders Lacy Oval and Spellbinders Classic Oval dies.

Here is a Work-In-Process photo before I colored the hair
When you fussy cut and paper piece
patterned paper it makes you feel like
playing paper dolls like when you were a kid
or play pretend you're a seamstress...
LOL or is that just me? Teehee yea it's probably just me.

Here she is all dressed up for the Rodeo
I really love the little details on this stamp such as the
tiny stitching on her hat, skirt and boots- some real fine tailorin'. ;)

If you don't like to fussy cut like me then you can
chose to have the free SVG outline for Savannah HERE...

Thank you so much for looking.

Easter Blessings

Hello Happy Sunday Everyone!

Today I have a CAS card for you all. I made a simple Easter card using Jemma - Party Time. My 8 year old Jade has a dress very similar to this one so I colored it just like hers.

As you can see I did not make it a party theme

but an Easter theme instead.

Hair: W9, W7, W5

Skin: E15, E13, E11, R22, R21

very simple...
The dies are from Spellbinders Labels 7 Nestabilities
and Our Daily Bread Faithful Fish Pattern
The paper is from Recollections.
Here is a close up of the glitter from the Sakura Stardust GellyRoll I used.

Thank you for stopping by.

I Pikachoose You to be My Valentine

Hello Crafty Friends!

Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope all is well and you're having a lovely day. Today I am sharing a card using Lorraine - Hello. I colored Lorraine  as Misty from the show Pokémon. My kids love Pokémon and all of their characters, they collect and trade cards, and sing the song all day long. LOL    So for Valentine's Day at school I made their Valentine's goodie bags with instead of Pokéballs into a Pokéhearts and included snacks. For Jade since she loves getting cards I made her one with the Pokémon theme.

Misty is a Pokémon trainer, she has very bright orangey hair, green eyes,
she wears a yellow crop top,
with short-shorts, red suspenders
what appears to be Converse shoes so I drew some laces...
Don't look too closely though....

I randomly drew some "Pokéhearts" with my Copic multiliner
and colored them in like Pokéballs. haha
I wrote out "I Pikachoose You!" as sentiment as a play with words
of "Pikachu" the main character (I think.)
here is a close-up. I had to color her again because for some reason

my Copic multi-liner bled and the back got picked up by the

marker... I made have contaminated it with one of my Sakura pens. :(

but this one came out okay I just had to do the eyelid and eyelashes after I was done

coloring the face.

I hope you like it.

Happy Valentine's Day or Happy Friendship for some.

Thank you for stopping by,

A Dream is a Wish your Heart makes

Good morning friends!

Katya Bess here showing you another princess card, this time I colored Paige as Cinderella.

I colored her with Copic markers (no lines coloring) then fussy cut her.
Then I used a Sakura Gelly Roll to add a few sparkles
which is hard to see with the lighting I had.
I left the card without a sentiment
since I don't have a particular person to give this card to yet.
The rectangle die is from My Creative Time.

I will include a Copic recipe later tonight.

Here is a close up.  :D

Here is Paige with the sentiment and crown.

The background wasn't colored by me...
It was my daughter Daenerys' Disney Princess Palace Pets set
she got  as Christmas gift from the people at our kids' Bible Club.
As I was taking apart the boxes for recycling I noticed that
I could probably use the inside of the packaging so I saved it
particularly for these princess stamps. LOL

Hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend...
Have a great time crafting or watching the football game
even if it's just the commercials and Half Time Show
since our teams are NOT playing. Teehee

Thank you for stopping by.

Such a Beauty

Hi and welcome to Day #1 of Stamp Anniething's February release!
If you love Princesses this release will be right up your alley!
here is a sneak peek of my card
She was so fun to color.

Annie is ready for her prince!
Annie is available in the store NOW along with the other 2 stamps we showed  you  this week!!
`~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Here is my completed card

I colored her with Copic markers
this was actually the fist time I did a no-lines coloring
with Copic markers and it took me a little longer but
I enjoyed it the entire time.. Duh I love coloring.  haha
This method of coloring did take me a little longer only because it was
my first time so I wanted to make it a CAS card but the
gold foiled card-stock gave it that extra something (I think.)
I added some sparkle to her dress by adding some
yellow wink of stella and to me the shimmer is gold
so it worked out wonderfully.

She's is such a beauty don't you think?

Stamps will be available in the STORE Friday!

Thanks for joining us for our February Release
 and have a great day!

Thank you for stopping by,

A Kiss Would be Nice

Hi and welcome to Day #1 of Stamp Anniething's February release!
If you love Princesses this release will be right up your alley!

Paige is ready for the ball!  She even comes with an optional tiara crown (that fits on any of our pretty princesses!)

Paige will be available in the store Friday along with the other 2 stamps we will be showing  you  this week!!
`~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Here is my completed card using Paige but you can see I colored her
Princess Tiana from Princess and the Frog

I colored her with Copic markers
but before I colored her in I had to mask her and color in night background
with distress inks. After using distress inks I went in with a water brush to
remove some of the color in random spots and colored in with a Yellow Copic
then I used Yellow Wink of Stella to make it look like fireflies are around her.
This is supposed to be Tiana in the masquerade dress that her friend Lottie let her wear.
The hand written message is a something that Tiana says when she sees
the "frog prince" when she first sees him and he responds by saying,
"A kiss would be nice!" LOL  or at least is what I think he said.
For the crown I used Ranger's Big & Bossy embossing pad
and Martha Stewart tinsel embossing powder.
The dies are from My Creative Time. :P
That's all for now friends...

Stamps will be available in the STORE Friday!

Thanks for joining us for our February Release
 and have a great day!

I hope you liked the card

`~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
Here is my finished CAS card.
I colored her as Princess Aurora and yes with a blue dress not a pink one. LOL
I used Copic markers:
My interpretation of Strawberry Blonde

Aurora's Dress

Her purply blue eyes before the eye lights.

Her skin and Whoops!!!
I misplaced one more maker for skin E0000

I loved coloring her so much.

Hope you can get your little crafty hands on her so you can
have fun coloring her too.

Raining Roses

Welcome to our first ever THEME WEEK!

Hi there! Here closing out the January Theme Week... Month we will hold a "theme" week, where our fabulous design team members will post a project within the "selected" theme all week long!
Here is the twist!  We want you to play along with us!
Simply create a project using ANY Stamp Anniething product (as your main focal point) in the set "theme" for that month.
Post your project to the corresponding album over at our Face Book Group page (Stamp Anniething Stampers)!
You may enter as many projects as you wish, but you will only be counted as ONE entry person.
A minimum of 5 people (not including DT Members) is needed in order for a prize to be given.

So here we go for January's Theme Week!

Make ANY project using the colors PINK /WHITE / RED

I used Annie - You're Sweet and the rose from Party in the USA.

I used distress ink for the pink background after masking Annie - You're Sweet.
I then stamped the rose at random places and also making sure to rotate it
and Bam! You have yourself a custom background or wall paper. :P
I stamped Annie with Memento Desert Sand and colored her with Prismacolor pencils.

Here is some detail of the hair and face.
I'm still working on my coloring techniques but I hope you can find
some inspiration by it. I did not use any blending mediums other than pencils to
show that you don't need oils or mineral spirits to blend color pencils.

Make sure to pull out your Pink, White and Red crafty goodies
to play along with us on the challenge.
I can't wait to check out your creations.

Post your creations here!

All projects must be uploaded by midnight PST February 7th to qualify
Again, a min of FIVE entries for a prize win!

Thank you for stopping by have a wonderful day.
