Show Your Digi Love: Jan Mo's Digital Pencil

Hey Everyone,

Today is my first post with Show Your Digi Love. The blog was created to purely show our love and appreciation for the digi artists out there. Each month there will be a few featured artists and then we can use any stamp that we have purchased from them.... whichever one we want :P Sounds like fun to me.

So this month we are showcasing 3 artists: SBS, Make it Crafty and Mo's Digital Pencil.

Today I chose to make sort of a CAS card with On the Pot boy C.

When I first started using digi stamps it was hard for me to find African American stamps... I love that Mo Manning, with subtle changes to hair and sometimes facial features can recreate one of her caucasian looking images to African American.  On her site you can find a diverse set of digis... You can find various versions on the digi I used on her site right here: http://www.mosdigitalpencil.com/search.php?search_query=On+the+Pot&x=0&y=0 Some are boys and some are girls in the same scenarios- isn't that cool?

Completed card. I made it A2 size for a change
I colored him with my Prismacolor Pencils....
a big rusty here but it looks okay I think.
The dies are from My Creative Time and you find them here:

I hand wrote the message with pencils
and I made this mini toilet paper roll to embellish my card.
I had also made another card with mini paper toilet rolls I made myself you can see it here: http://www.kattyxotica.blogspot.com/2014/10/tsc-dt-sometimes-life-just-stinks.html

This is how I made cut around the book on the floor.

Thank you so much for visiting.
I hope you all liked the card.
Please join us this month and show these artist some love. <3 p="">
